After playing an integral role in the community for the past 30years as a popular tourism venue and an interactive education centre in the Peel region, Marapana Wildlife Park has finally come to the end of an Era. With the progression of mining and future development around the property we are now looking at acquiring a brand new location for the Park.
Marapana is now Closed from the May 8th.
Our special thanks to the Hon Phil Edman M.L.C member of the South Metropolitan Region who has been instrumental in helping us find a new venue.
So now in conjunction with the local councils, government, and Department of Environment and Conservation, we are currently in the process of acquiring new land in a prime location in the Rockingham/Kwinana area.
We will be re-opening as WEST COAST WIDLIFE PARK, The new Marapana in 2012.
We will also be opening WEST COAST WILDLIFE RESCUE a rescue and rehabilitation hospital
While we are relocating we will still be continuing our EDUcation incursions bringing our animals to your local school to work in with the Australian Animals studies.
We will also be running our "Totally Wild Parties" Live at your house, we will bring our animals to your children's parties.
